Digital Marketing Agency
Where creativity meets performance. At BookaBrain, we don’t do half measures. Ugly websites? Not on our watch. We create content that not only looks amazing, but also delivers results. And your full funnel? Tracked and optimized with precision.
Say hello
Jana has worked in marketing since Facebook was still cool. She blends creativity with sharp analytics - SEA, SEO, Data, PPC and WordPress are her thing. Over the years, she’s helped everyone from cool startups to big companies like Allianz Insurance, Union Investment, Telefónica, and Eurowings. When she's not building strategies, she's probably petting an animal or hunting for snacks.
We are a boutique agency with lean structures. No bloated overhead, no hidden costs, no unnecessary extras. You get exactly what your business truly needs. Fair pricing and awesome solutions that push you forward in the digital space. That’s our promise to you.

Let’s be real – BMW doesn’t need an introduction. Global brand. Legendary status. Known for performance, precision, and prestige. But even the biggest names need to stay sharp when it comes to customer experience. That’s where Markus came in. He played a key role in helping BMW connect even better with customers in Germany. The customer journey was carefully mapped out and implemented. The goal: to meet potential customers at every touchpoint, online and offline. Markus adapted the European strategies to the German market. He created customer paths tailored to local needs.
Nothing off the shelf, all custom-fit.
And the best part? Markus brings that same strategic brainpower to smaller brands too. Because smart customer journeys aren’t just for the big guys. They’re essential for any business that wants to grow.

Markus again? Absolutely. And this time he brought the cool factor. He was a key player in the relaunch and repositioning (target a new/wider market) of NIVEA MEN. The brand felt fresher and appealed to modern men. But still stayed the same at heart. The goal? Align the brand with evolving male identities, without the preachy tone. Markus developed a smart strategy that resonated with progressive audiences but didn’t alienate loyal, long-time buyers. These insights were transformed into bold creative ideas across digital and traditional media.
A big focus was also the “lifetime customer journey.” Markus mapped out how NIVEA MEN could accompany customers from their first aftershave as teens to skincare for men 50+. A natural connection was formed – one that could span decades.
A rebrand with long-term commitment? Now that’s loyalty.

Allianz Kundler is not just another insurance agency. It’s the number one Allianz general agency in all of Europe. And we’re proud to be their trusted marketing partner. Together, we cover everything: public relations, image films, creative event marketing, and more. And when we say event marketing, we mean it. These are some of the boldest, most unique events in the insurance world… backed by powerful videos. In 2025, we teamed up with Ojala Werke to completely relaunch the kundler.com website. The result? A bold new look that took Allianz Kundler’s digital presence to the next aesthetic level. We gave it a full makeover – content, structure, visuals, SEO, code, everything. Today, kundler.com now ranks on page one for competitive keywords like “insurance berlin”, “allianz insurance”, and 687 more product keywords (as of 12/31/2025).
What makes this partnership so special? Trust. The client gives Jana full creative freedom… and that shows in the results. The site keeps growing. And yes, it generates high-quality leads. Working with Allianz Kundler is a privilege and a big responsibility. We’re proud to help shape the digital face of a leading name in insurance.
Lünecom is a fiber internet provider based in Northern Germany. Their old website needed some serious love, so we gave it a fresh start. Jana reorganized all the content, ran a proper keyword check and rewrote everything from scratch. No complex AI fluff! Instead, human copy that’s easy to read and easy to rank. SEO essentials like page titles and meta descriptions also got a glow up. Pages without rankings or strategic value were intentionally deindexed and left as 404s. Only relevant URLs with traffic were redirected using a clean, performance-friendly redirect strategy.
The result is impressive: According to Sistrix, the Google visibility jumped from 0.014 (before the relaunch) to 0.098 as of 11/03/25. That’s a growth of around 600%. Today, the site ranks for 2,064 keywords. In simple terms, that means it shows up on Google when people search for those terms. Out of those, 540 are fiber-related. That is right on target. On top of that, the brand is mentioned in around 200 AI answers, including Google Gemini (Google’s AI platform that pulls content into answers, like ChatGPT). That helps even more people discover the brand online.
We also launched Google Ads campaigns that successfully generated high-quality leads at a sweet cost per click… and an even sweeter cost per lead. Plus, Jana shared her Google Ads wisdom with the team in an intensive multi-week training. She turned them into mini pros who can now run campaigns on their own.
Last but not least, let’s geek out for a second and take a look at the cross-channel event tracking. Why? Because the client uses many channels. It was key to track what users do and collect all data in one place. That way, Lünecom gets a clear picture of how people interact with the brand.
Jana and Raphael used a smart mix of tools. With Google Analytics 4 (GA4), we saw which pages users visited. Google Tag Manager showed us clicks and form submissions. Meta Business Manager connected Facebook and Instagram ads with on-site actions. And the Looker Studio pulled everything together in one clear dashboard.
Thanks to this setup, the team now sees what matters and can make faster, better decisions.
Markus for the win – again. He played a central role in developing “TAMM,” a digital hub in Abu Dhabi that helps citizens access government services with ease. The goal? Save time and boost the economy. Markus once again took charge of mapping the user journeys (customer journeys) and managing the step-by-step rollout. He oversaw the agile implementation and made sure the project stayed on track. Within just 28 months, TAMM ranked among the best digital portals in the world – alongside the UK and Estonia. Today, it saves over 3 million USD per month, and the number keeps rising.

Small projects make us proud too! Nabeau is a modern beauty salon in Berlin with a strong focus on aesthetics. The owner wanted a website that looked just as premium as the salon’s services. Lucas, Jana and Raphael built the entire site from scratch. One of the highlights? The visuals. The client loved the style of famous beauty photographer Tamara Williams. But a full-scale photoshoot wasn’t in the budget.
So, we turned to high-quality AI-generated images instead. We used Midjourney through Discord and treated it like a creative tool, not a shortcut. It took several rounds to get there. Tweaking details, trying variations, discarding what didn’t work, and slowly dialing in a look that felt natural for a high-end beauty brand. The result doesn’t aim to look “generated”, but simply like good, hyperrealistic imagery that fits the salon. And the client’s wishes.
On top of that, we support Nabeau with newsletter marketing.
Sometimes size does matter. At least when it comes to big ideas. For My HNO (an ENT practice in Berlin, Germany), we created a website that truly stands out. The client wanted something unique – with elephants. Why? Because elephants represent hearing, ears, and trunks. A perfect (and fun) way to visualize topics like tinnitus, allergies, or hearing loss in an ENT context. Lucas and Jana developed a bold color concept and worked with visuals that break the mold of typical medical websites. Raphael gave it a clean code and fast speed. But the site isn’t just technically clean and optimized for content. Not to brag, but it’s a real head-turner. And that is what makes this one of our absolute highlights.
Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference. For Union Investment, we designed visual materials for their retirement planning segment. The goal: to make complex topics easier to understand and more visually appealing. We restructured the existing communication materials so the content became clearer and more accessible. Jana adapted the messaging to speak directly to the target audience. We also aligned the design with the company’s Corporate Identity (aka CI – the rules that ensure a brand looks and feels consistent). The result? A clean, professional design that makes important topics not only easier to grasp, but also more engaging.
Three’s a charm, but the fourth’s the flex. Yep, award-winning Markus again. This time, with a global heavyweight: Philip Morris. Markus helped Philip Morris evolve from a cigarette brand into a lifestyle and wellness company. The brand’s mission: win smokers over to IQOS and bring tobacco retailers along for the ride. He developed two clear strategies – one for smokers, one for retailers. The smoker strategy focused on identifying the best moments to introduce IQOS. For retailers, it was all about showing them how the shift could benefit their business too. Markus led workshops across six countries to localize the strategies. Together with local teams, they created tailored actions across product, marketing, and sales. Two strong ideas were tested in select markets and measured for impact. The results confirmed: the strategy was working. Philip Morris then expanded the customer journey work into further projects.

Lucas is the creative brain at BookaBrain. He creates websites that not only look good – they stay in people’s heads. Bold, smart, and never boring. He’s all about custom ux with personality. When he’s not deep in Figma, he’s probably chasing sunsets somewhere remote. Lucas brings fresh ideas from every corner of the world.
We create visual experiences that feel alive. From image videos, short-form clips to creative websites that move, react, and guide users intuitively. Every frame has a purpose: to grab attention fast, communicate clearly, and turn ideas into moments people actually remember.

Markus is a co-developer of the neuromarketing field in Germany. His projects has earned two Golden Effies (Ritter Sport, P&G "For Me") and finalist spots for clients like Opel, Viessmann, BMW, and others others. With a broad marketing toolbox (from consumer journey mapping to ad creative optimization) he supports both large enterprises and startups. Fun fact: Markus loves surrealist art, the works of Heinz Strunk, and bodybuilder Markus Rühl, with whom he shares not only a name but also a hometown.

Raphael keeps things fast... and clean. He writes code that’s as neat as his desk (well, most days). No bloated templates, no unnecessary fuss. Instead lightning-fast websites with perfect structure, minimal load times, and all the SEO essentials built in. He loves Javascript, hates bad CSS, and thinks semicolons deserve more respect. If your sites loads before you blink, it’s probably his doing.

SAY HI TO OUR BRAINSShort and sweet:
- Clearly defined objectives
- Measurable results
- Years of experience
- Holistic thinking
- Transparent communication
- No hidden costs or lock-in contracts
- No unnecessary middlemen
- Agile processes for fast action
- Client wishes above self-interest
- Fresh ideas instead of buzzwords
A good online marketing agency starts with clear goals - defined together with you. What are you trying to achieve? More leads? Better search rankings? A revenue boost? We take those goals and turn them into concrete targets (i.e. "+25% revenue") and real numbers to track (f.ex. conversion rates or cost per lead). This way, you always see what’s works and where to tweak.
Transparency is key, too. At BookaBrain, we’ll always tell you what’s going on and why. For SEO projects, for example, we create detailed plans that show the current status and next steps. This gives you the picture of what’s being done and how your investment pays off. But we also know when that’s not necessary and might eat up your budget. Sometimes, a short email is all it takes. A good agency knows when to keep it simple
A good online marketing agency also uses agile workflows to adapt to changes quickly. They don’t only "do the job". They bring fresh thinking and keep pushing for better results. That’s exactly what we do. And if you ever need a fast reply before your coffee gets cold - we’re on it. Even on WhatsApp.
Our team also knows where traditional agencies fall short. Complex structures and expensive project managers who don’t really understand the work? We skipped that on purpose. Our experts work directly with you or your team: fast and on the same level. Hidden fees or long-term lock-in contracts? Nope. We’re allergic against that. Why? Because we believe real partnerships only work when both sides are happy. Our business grows through client referrals, not by forcing users to stay for six months to cover overhead. That’s not how we work... and that’s why we are different.
In many traditional agencies, you’ll find too many layers. Account managers talk to the client, then pass things on to the experts. Those experts rarely speak to the client directly. Instead, feedback usually goes back to the account manager. And in some cases to team leads within their department before anything moves forward again. This often leads to extra steps, slower communication, and higher costs. Add in big office overheads, and suddenly it’s more about squeezing profit out of each project than delivering value. That usually means long contracts, steep prices, and not a lot of flexibility.
At BookaBrain, we do things differently. Our experts manage their projects directly and work hands-on with you. No clock-watching, no billing for every minute or call. We focus on outcomes and making sure you’re happy. We like to keep things easy. You talk directly the ones doing the work. No middle layers, quicker decisions, fewer misunderstandings... and better use of your money.
We’ve been doing this for over 20 years: building websites, running ads, designing stuff, and writing code. From small businesses to big names – insurance, beauty, real estate, fiber internet, you name it. We've seen a lot, and we bring that experience to every project. Basically, all kinds of industries, always with real passion and care. Whatever your industry, we use our experience to find smart solutions that fit.
BookaBrain isn’t your average agency. We’re a boutique team with one goal in mind: your success. We see ourselves as your partner, not a provider. Book your free consultation and let’s push your business forward.
A webpage might be beautiful. But if search engines doesn’t see it... it’s like winking in the dark. That’s where SEO (search engine stuff) comes in. Use the fitting words in your texts. Add helpful content that answers real questions. Name your images clearly. And make sure everything loads fast. Slow sites annoy users and Googlebots. So skip those drag-and-drop builders. Clean code keeps things light and makes your site easier to understand for search engines.
We could write an essay about this. But the thing is: Google looks at a lot of signals. Like… a lot a lot. Listing every single ranking factor here would honestly blow up the page. So instead, we’ve put together a checklist with 100+ of the most relevant SEO factors. Here’s a small glimpse of what Google actually cares about:
- Fast loading times (ideally < 2 seconds)
- Clear structure for people and Google
- Smooth mobile-first design
- Simple navigation with logical paths
- Clean URLs that describe the page
- Content that answers real questions
- No "thin" pages that say nothing new
- Strong contrast, readable text, CTAs
- Images with proper names, format
- Internal links that connect pages
- Quality links from relevant websites
- Google Business for local visibility
- Trust signals like reviews, FAQs, NAP
- A technically clean setup (i.e. https, sitemap or redirects)
And that’s merely a fraction of it.
SEO isn’t one magic trick. It’s many small things working together. When they do, Google can crawl your webpage more easily, users stay longer, and the right people actually find you. Want to know where you stand? Let’s check your site with a quick SEO audit. You’ll get clear tips on how to get better - whether you want long-term support or a few ideas. Say hi.
Let’s be honest. More leads are easy. Better leads take a plan.
Here’s what actually makes the difference:
- Be where your audience already is
- Say one clear thing, not ten vague ones
- Make the next step obvious
- Remove every bit of friction
So, to sum it up: people won’t find you by accident. You have to show up where they already are. That’s where good old online ads come in. You choose keywords or interests that match your ideal customer. Done right, your message pops up exactly when someone is looking for what you sell. But clicking an ad is only the start. Where people land matters too. Your landingpage is the first spot visitors hit when they come to your website. Make it easy to navigate. No clutter, no confusion. But a smooth path to get in touch. Social media? Still a great way to reach the right crowd. Especially when you know where they hang out - and show up with content that actually interests them.
And: Not every lead comes from the same place. Depending on your audience, different channels do the job:
- Search ads for high intent traffic
- Social ads to spark interest
- SEO content that ranks online
- Landing pages built to convert
- Email marketing to nurture leads
- Social content stops the scroll

Yes! We have solutions for every budget - from sleek, compact sites to bigger projects with a strong SEO focus. Some clients only want a sharp "online business card," while others aim to rank at the top of Google. We can do both.
For smaller budgets, we often recommend a one-pager. It’s a smart website that focuses on what really matters - all key information on one clear, scrollable page. Visitors do not have to search. Everything is pretty easy to find. Do you have a very focused offering? Then one-pagers could work for you. Think local services, startups, personal sites, restaurants, salons, coaches, or small companies that are just getting started. If you don’t have ten different services to explain, a one-pager keeps things simple and effective. Another big advantage: it’s flexible. You can start small, launch quickly, and expand later. When the business grows, the one-pager can easily evolve into a multipage website - without starting from scratch. The navigation is simple too. The menu jumps smoothly to each section on the page, guiding visitors step by step. Clean, clear, and built to grow with you.
No photos of your own? No problem at all... we’ve got you covered! We can grab great photos from top stock libraries, pop over to you for some proper on-site shots, or whip up custom AI images that match your company.
Whatever your budget, we’ll sort out visuals that make your site look awesome. Promise!
If you want to bring your click prices down, everything starts with choosing the perfect keywords. They shouldn’t be too broad or vague. The closer the keyword fits your offer, the better it performs – think laser focus, not shotgun blast.
We often audit ad accounts and find keyword soup… too many crammed into one ad group (a container within a campaign). No wonder that flops. The ads do not match what people are actually searching for, and Google’s not impressed. They call that „low ad relevance“. And when that happens, Google says “meh” – which drags down your Quality Score. That little number decides how well your ad, keyword, and landing page play together. If it’s off, you’ll pay more per click and your ads might not even show up.
What works better? Use fewer keywords per ad group. This lets you craft ads that feel like they’re reading the searcher’s mind. Everything clicks better, performs stronger, and doesn’t burn through your budget nearly as fast. Also: your ads themselves need to deliver. Make a promise people actually care about, and deliver it on a fast, easy to use website. That’s when Google leans in.
Ready for an example?
Take Lünecom, a fiber optics provider. They were paying €1.40 per click and not seeing great results. We rolled up our sleeves, sorted the keywords, gave the ads a glowup, rebuilt everything, and plugged in real tracking - the kind that shows what actually works (and what doesn't). Why did it work so well? Because everything finally clicked. The setup spoke the same language as the people searching. Clean, relevant, and on point. That dropped the click price to €0.47… and the campaign delivered much stronger results.
Let Jana take a look under the hood of your Google Ads account. She’s been doing this since 2009 and knows exactly where to tweak things to lower your costs and turn clicks into real success.
Drop us a line. Your first audit is free!
First things first: Clear objectives. Want more leads? Better visibility? A stronger brand? Without that, most won't have a clue what "success" even looks like. Next step: Nail down your ideal customer. The sharper that picture, the simpler it becomes to create content that truly speaks to them.
Your website? That’s your digital home base. It should run smoothly, look great on mobile, and not take forever to load. Clean tech and solid SEO (aka: using the right search terms in your content) help Google find you — and bring the right people your way.
And then there’s trust. Online reputation matters, big time. Happy customers? Let them leave reviews. Got feedback? Don’t ghost it! Respond and show you care. That builds credibility. Social media can be powerful...if you do it smart. No need to be everywhere. Find the two platforms your audience actually uses – and show up there regularly. Better one strong channel than five dusty ones. Plus it saves time and keeps things easy.
Got a bit of budget? An image video can work wonders. A quick glimpse into what your company stands for, wrapped in a format that sticks in people’s heads.
And finally: your content. It shouldn’t only sell - it should help. Be useful, not pushy. Pro tip: recycle! That blog post you wrote? Well, turn it into a LinkedIn post, a newsletter or an IG reel. Same ol' content, new format.
So, to sum it up, this is what helps small businesses stand out online:
- Clear goals before anything else
- A well-defined target audience
- A fast, mobile & SEO friendly website
- Trust built with reviews & interaction
- Focused social media: quality wins!
- Image videos that fit your brand
- Helpful content that can be reused

Let’s be honest: getting traffic is a bit like throwing a party. You can shout about it, send invites, or get cool people to talk about it — but if the vibe isn’t right (aka your website), they won’t stay long.
Here’s what actually works:
- Try paid PPC ads (SEA, Meta etc.)
- Newsletters to connect to contacts
- Create helpful, original content
- Write guest posts for other websites
- Host webinars or live online session
- Use QR codes on stuff like packaging
- Share real customer testimonials
- Make sure your SEO is on point
- Be active on 1–2 social channels
- Work with influencers (but vet them!)
- Join discussions in forums or groups
- List your biz on local directories
Adertising (PPC, Display, Video, Social Media etc.) is a fast way to get people onto your website. If your content can keep them around once they arrive. And hey, don’t underestimate email marketing. It’s still golden. A good newsletter wakes up old leads and brings people back... if you actually send one that’s worth reading.
Create content people actually care about. Not another boring AI-generated blog post - but something unique, helpful or maybe even a little fun. If it makes someone say, "Oh, this is actually good," you’re on the right track. You can also write guest posts for other sites to get more visibility - and backlinks. Those are like online street cred; search engines love them. Hosting a webinar? Great way to connect and engage. You can also try QR codes (on flyers, packaging, in your email signature, menues etc.). One scan, boom! They’re on your site.
Social proof matters, too. Let your happy customers do the talking with real testimonials. It’s more convincing than any ad. And yes, SEO is still your best friend. Use the right keywords, fix slow load times, and keep things clean behind the scenes. No shady tricks (such as keyword stuffing). Be also active on 1–2 strong social channels. You don’t need to be everywhere. Simply show up consistently where your audience actually hangs out. Thinking about influencers? Go for it! But do your homework. We use tools to spot the real ones from the fake-it-til-you-make-it types.
And finally: don’t ignore the basics. Business directories, niche forums, and industry portals still work. They’re not fancy, but they help people find you.
Bottom line: You can buy traffic - but that won’t keep people around. It’s like singing karaoke off-key. Loud, but no one’s listening. Lasting results come from great content and a clear strategy.
Easy answer: yes. If it’s done right. Google doesn’t penalize AI-generated content simply for being written with the help of AI. It cares whether it’s useful, readable, and trustworthy. AI can absolutely help with that. But only if humans stay involved.
In short:
- AI-written content can rank
- Mass-produced stuff won’t
- Human editing makes the difference
Google doesn’t have a checkbox for “AI-written” or “human-written”. Instead, it looks at things like:
- Does the content answer questions?
- Is it easy to read and understand?
- Does it show experience/credibility?
- Do users stay on the page and read?
If the answer is yes, the content can rank - no matter how it was created.
At BookaBrain, we use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. Not as shortcuts, but to save our clients time and money. They can also be great for getting ideas out of your head and onto the page. But here’s the catch: if you let AI write on its own, things can sound stiff, generic or way too technical. Not fun for humans. Not great for Google either.
That’s why we always humanize the content:
- We simplify language
- We cut buzzwords
- We rewrite for flow and clarity
- We fact-check and add real context
If it sounds like a robot wrote it, something went wrong.
So, forget about this:
- Publishing dozens of AI articles
- Chasing keywords without real value
- Good sounding Content that says 0
- Text that feels robotic or repetitive
Google is very good at spotting thin or lazy content - whether it’s written by AI or a human.
If you want AI content to rank, you need:
- Clear intent
- Strong structure
- Human editing
- Focus on usefulness, not volume
Curious how your content really looks under the hood and if it helps or hinders your online growth? We’re happy to take a look and tell you honestly how much of it was AI-generated — and where a human clearly used their own brainpower.
Turns out: posting more still doesn’t help. Being real does.
Social media is evolving toward brand building, performance thinking, and measurable results. As a marketing agency, we see that successful brands don’t treat social in isolation. They use it as part of a connected digital media and performance setup that enables growth and long term impact for the company.
So, according to the newest studies, this is what matters in 2026:
- Use AI as support, not a replacement
- Strong brand voices
- Quality over quantity
- Social with clear goals
- Social, media, performance connected
- Creator partnerships with depth
- Focus on interaction and trust
In short: social media is growing up. Companies that think strategically, measure performance, and connect digital channels continue to build relevance, visibility, and long term impact. Case by case, the brands that get this right are the ones that win.
